In 2012, Charmayne Bradley started her journey in Cosmetology, with the simple goal of giving her clients a memorable and educational experience through hair. From that day forward, she worked tirelessly to get the best hair education to keep herself abreast on the latest trends and hair health. She has worked personally along side doctors and chemist, to research the chemistry of hair. Charmayne was also won top 5 hairstylist in the Behind the Chair hair awards both nationally and internationally. She is the co owner of Pelement products and has been apart of Teamhollywood. education team since 2014.
